Relson Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Team HK will be holding another Women's only Self-Defense course. The 5 week course will start on June 11th and end on July 9th. Classes will be held every Tuesday from 6:30-8:00pm.  

This is a Level 1 Self-Defense course which is designed for beginners with no previous experience. A Level 2 course will be offered later…

Relson Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Team HK will be holding a Women's Self-Defense workshop today at Valia Honolulu from 10:30am - 12:00pm. All participants must have been pre-registered for this event due to limited space.

The Hawaii Triple Crown of BJJ will be held on Sunday March 10th, 2019 at Farrington High School. There will be no morning classes held this day due to the event. We will be there coaching and competing all day. 5pm Open mat will still be open.
