NOVEMBER 24TH & 25TH CLASSES CLOSED THIS WEEK!!!

This is a reminder that classes will be canceled on Thursday the 24th and Friday the 25th due to Thanksgiving and the IKF's Black Belt promotions. Classes will resume as scheduled on Saturday the 26th.

On Monday night November 14th, 2011 Relson Gracie gave a seminar on his 8 sweep series from the open guard at Team HK Jiu-Jitsu. He promoted the kids as well as the adults. We'd like to congratulate the following students on their promotions.

Relson is back from Brazil and will be doing a seminar and belt promotions at Team HK next week Monday. Check out the details below:
